  • Led end-to-end UI/UX design for a GoHighLevel-style B2B ecosystem SaaS platform (web and mobile) with three distinct user tiers — Admin, Agency, and Sub-account — including role-based dashboards for user management, DNS/SSL setup, and multi-tier analytics.
  • Designed white-labeling workflows so agencies could rebrand the platform using theme color pickers, custom logo uploads, and live previews.
